I visited Everland last weekend, and this time, I made sure to prepare well and fully enjoyed every moment! Previously, I went on a whim, only managing to ride a few attractions amidst the weekend crowds and left early, exhausted. So this time, I came fully prepared, and the difference was amazing! I’ll share some tips and insights on how to make the most of your weekend visit to Everland. 😊

🎒 Essential Preparation Checklist
Last time, I wore a light t-shirt and flip-flops thinking it’d be comfy, but it didn’t turn out that way! This time, I geared up with comfy sneakers and breathable clothes. Since Everland involves a lot of walking and standing in lines, comfy shoes are essential. I also packed some snacks and a water bottle, knowing how crowded it would be on the weekend. Having small bites like energy bars between attractions was perfect for keeping my energy up without having to worry about getting hungry while waiting in line.
Don’t forget a portable charger! I ran out of phone battery on my last visit and missed capturing photos and the parade. This time, I could freely use the app and snap lots of photos. 😆

🕒 Arrive Early for Popular Attractions!
Getting to Everland right at opening is a game changer. I aimed to arrive at opening time, and by 9:30 a.m., there were already quite a few people. Arriving at least 30 minutes before opening will give you a head start on popular rides!
I headed straight to ‘T-Express’ and was thrilled—normally, there’s a long wait, but I got on almost immediately! With a pre-planned route, I could smoothly go from one ride to the next. Checking off big attractions like the Amazon Express early made the rest of the day feel more relaxed.

🌞 Afternoon Passes – A Hidden Gem!
I decided to try an afternoon pass this time, and it was a great experience! Entering at 2 p.m. gave me time to enjoy the parade and fireworks without the early morning rush. Wait times were also shorter in the afternoon, allowing more leisurely access to popular rides. Afternoon passes are less expensive than full-day passes, making them a great choice if you’re mainly there for the nighttime views and fireworks.

Don’t forget discount tips! This time, I got a discount coupon from Klook, and they have various partnered credit card discounts too. Be sure to check for deals ahead of time!

📱 Save Time with the Smart Queue System!
The Everland app’s smart queue feature was a lifesaver. Instead of standing in line, you can reserve your spot, saving both energy and time. You can reserve one attraction at a time, so right after T-Express, I’d reserve Amazon Express to keep things moving efficiently throughout the day.

🎆 Fireworks Spotting Tip – Head to Four Seasons Garden!
The nighttime fireworks are definitely a highlight at Everland. This time, I chose a spot at the Four Seasons Garden, and it was a perfect view! There are benches to sit on and no obstructions, so you can comfortably enjoy the display. I’d previously watched among the crowds, but this spot made all the difference!

🚗 Parking Tip – Use the Rear Parking Lot!
Finally, a parking tip! Parking at the main entrance can lead to long exit wait times. This time, I used the rear parking lot, and it made leaving much easier, especially on a busy weekend.

This well-prepared Everland visit was a success! Last time, I missed out due to a lack of planning, but this time I enjoyed so many rides and had a great view of the fireworks. If you’re planning a weekend trip to Everland, take these tips and have an unforgettable time! 🎢✨
